I want to help someone today. I can't help EVERYONE, but I'm sure someone seeing this either needs or know somebody who needs a situation like this, so read on.

People with $0 to buy a house, sorry, I can only do so much, this program is simply not going to work for you.

But THESE are the people who I can help. Right now.

1) Someone who needs a house NOW, but may be self employed, have up & down income, maybe credit needs work, or anybody who has the income and cash reserves has recently been turned down for a mortgage even though you had money and your credit was good. Yes this type of crap even happens to doctors & lawyers. There's no shame in it, the mortgage industry is a little bit screwy.

2) Someone who was previously a homeowner, life happened, they are renting now but want to buy a house.

3) Mortgage Brokers and loan officers, if you've recently had to reject someone who looked great on paper but you couldn't get past the the finish line, we can also work something out. I can help you get that kind of client back from the dead as a re-fi, message me for details.

I know personal finances are a sensitive subject. Hell, nobody wants to put their business out there like that. But if the above scenarios describe your current situation, or if you're "asking for a friend" or if you actually have a friend who fits into that category... let them know about this property.
