Job Description:/h3:
Our ideal candidate will be a hands:on Quality / Manufacturing Engineer. Candidates must have sheet metal, and electro:mechanical assembly manufacturing experience.
The individual will implement quality and manufacturing improvements driven from our customers or internal rejects. This position is about making a difference, guiding our team to be better every day and applying a basic common sense method for continuous improvement.
The individual will be a trainer, an investigator, an engineer and whatever else it takes to make what we do today better than how we did it yesterday.
The candidate will have a demonstrated knowledge of the ISO 9001.

* Achieve quality assurance objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing changes.
* Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints, implementing supplier quality activities and, developing manufacturing and training methods.
* Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including field performance, supplier quality and corrective actions.
* Work with production on improvements through organization and manufacturing method discipline.

Minimum of 5:7 years experience. College degree or equivalent experience will be considered.

Computer Literate: Word and EXCEL, Email, CAD, 3D Modeling
S P C and Control / Run / Trend Analysis and Charting
SCAR and CAR Development and follow through
Supplier Surveys, Audits and Source Inspections
Review of Customer and Contract Requirements
Internal Audit and Training experience
Lean Manufacturing experience and knowledge
Defense and Military Product experience
AS9100 Experience
Industrial Coatings
