Our client (residential/small commercial construction projects) located in Center City Philadelphia, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team
Responsibilities include:
***Coordination of inspections
***Daily logs and updates
***Material Procurement, management of site deliveries
***Request for quotes and bid packages
***Some cost accounting
***scheduling jobs
Tremendous growth For the right candidate, this person will grow into a role with more responsibility managing their own projects within 6:8 months
Qualifications: 4 year degree, Construction Management/Civil
Engineering/Business preferred, entry level, 1:2 years experience
Ability to read construction
drawings/blueprints
