Project Delivery Specialist

 

Work you’ll do

Project Delivery Specialists in the Salesforce /Force.com capability are required to have:

  • Experience in onsite functional or technical roles on at least two full-lifecycle SFDC implementations, with strong expertise in at least one of the following the areas/modules:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)
    • CPQ Tools (Apttus, Cameleon)
  • Three+ years’ experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing roles.
  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of working experience or equivalent years of work experience

In addition, successful Consultants will have the following preferred background:

  • Technical development experience in Apex, VisualForce, Force.com or Java/J2EE
  • Consulting experience preferred – Big 4 exp is ideal
  • Salesforce Certifications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization
  • Experience implementing other CRM platforms (Oracle Sales Cloud, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or CPQ technologies (Big Machines, Apttus, Cameleon)
  • Experience implementing other marketing automation packages or technologies (Wave Analytics, Blue Kai, Eloqua,Exact Target, Marketo, Unica, etc.)

Qualifications
 Required:

  • 4+ years of consulting experience
  • 3+ full life cycle Salesforce implementations
  • Experience with 2 of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com, Apttus
  • 2+ years Apex and Visualforce coding experience
  • 2+ years of leading / managing a work stream on enterprise implementations
  • Ability to travel to client sites up to 25% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience.

Preferred:

  • Previous Big 4 experience.
  • Salesforce Certifications.
  • Experience with Wave Analytics, Lightening, Blue Kai, Eloqua, Exact Target or Marketo
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).
