Job Description:/h3:
As an important member of the Immunology and Dermatology Strategy and Operations team, this individuals responsibility will include supporting the Sales and Marketing Leadership and Operational team in achieving key business objectives and sales targets through the management and coordination of business critical work streams and events. Key job duties include planning, coordinating and managing commercial operations and analytics including implementation and ongoing maintenance of initiatives from Sales, Marketing and Sales Force Effectiveness.
This role will include key direct responsibilities, including:
* Oversee KPI reporting to ensure consistency, increased productivity and identification of
* Support strategic projects for commercial executions at country or global level (targeting, segmentation, etc.)
* Single point of contact for CET and other Global/Regional committees and groups for the Disease Area
* Provide strategic recommendations to IC planning and reporting
* Proactively analyze business performance and execution (including field force key indicators); recommend solutions and course correction tactics as needed; develop reporting mechanisms and key indicators to clearly communicate Field Force performance
* Work with PLS and IT organizations to streamline and simplify reports and tools
* Liaise with Brand team to design, implement and track field:driven innovation pro:grams
* Support the operational effectiveness of marketing and sales execution as well as coordinate marketing and sales execution assessments
* Create and manage processes to streamline workflow, adapt to continuous changes, prioritizes tasks, staying ahead of the planning process
* Work with key business partners across functions to ensure appropriate support levels

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelors Degree
* Five years plus of marketing and/or commercial sales related experience
* 3:5 years of project management experience

* Demonstrates strong competencies in operations, execution and project management
* Knowledge of internal organizational process and procedures
* Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnosis business issues and incorporate into development or adjustment of strategies, plans and tactics to achieve business objectives
* Excellent
business/commercial acumen needed; demonstrates ability to self:start, initiate and to deal with ambiguities
* Experienced in establishing and cultivating relationships; able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and partners across the organization
* Uses diverse and varied approaches to persuade, negotiate and influence operational decisions
* Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and in a team structure; maintain strong cross:functional ties with key business partners
* Proven track record of developing and managing multiple tasks
