The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the execution of marketing campaign requirements and has ownership for timelines, deliverables, and metrics. The Marketing Campaign Manager manages or supports multiple projects through a defined customer journey. Development of appropriate databases and reporting for the sales and marketing teams are also required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:Develop and deliver integrated (multi:channel) marketing campaigns that support sales efforts and generate repeatable results, in accordance with our go:to:market strategy.
:Work with sales and marketing leaders to define the customer journey (lead nurturing) and ensure alignment of efforts.
:Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
:Coordinate campaign tasks and ensures all pertinent information is communicated to broader departments and/or team members
:Track and analyze marketing campaigns; use data to form insights and test hypotheses, with learnings to produce best practices for conversion.
:Develop and deliver effective presentations to key stakeholders on successful campaigns.
:Work with graphic designers to ensure campaign materials support business and marketing strategies.
Education and Experience
:Bachelors Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university
:4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a service field
Knowledge, Skills and Proficiencies
:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
:Intermediate knowledge of marketing resource/campaign management platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, Pardot, Adobe Campaign)
:Fluency in marketing automation platforms (e.g. CoreMotives, Marketo, Click Dimensions, ExactTarget)
:Experience with web analytics platforms, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics
:Experience working with CRM platforms. (Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.)
:Ability to design and code in HTML for responsive emails and corresponding landing pages. (CSS a plus.)
:Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
:Excellent problem solver; demonstrates ability to use creative alternatives
:Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
:Excellent written and oral skills.
:Strong ethical practices.
Tools and Equipment Used
:Computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment.
