Full Time Positions Available:
Community Managers and Assistant Community Managers
Leasing Consultants
Maintenance Staff
Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager Responsibilities:
:
Oversee daily operations of property, supervising leasing, maintenance and administrative duties.
:
Manage marketing and sales outreach, collect and analyze data on comps and market trends and implement strategies to improve leasing and occupancy.
:
Oversee vendors and contractor relationships, reviewing and approving expenses and bills for payment in compliance with budget.
:
Answer questions and assist residents and maintenance staff in resolving issues for current residents.
:
Oversee Maintenance Superintendent and staff to ensure that all procedures and standards are maintained.
:
Proven track record exhibiting leadership, time:management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a fast paced work environment.
:
CAM or CPM designations a plus.
:
MRI software experience preferred.
Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
:
Duties include meeting with prospective residents to show and lease apartments.
:
Follow up on leads and inquiries.
:
Market community to find prospective business.
:
Process applications and renewals.
:
MRI software experience preferred.
Maintenance Staff Responsibilities:
:
Answer assigned maintenance calls promptly and thoroughly and follow:up as appropriate.
:
Tasks may include plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, minor electrical, janitorial, etc.
:
Prep and make ready apartment properties for move:in.
:
Maintain property, grounds and apartments through routine upkeep and maintenance plan.
:
Communicate regularly with Property Manager and Regional Manager on status and completion of work orders, assignments and projects.
Outline of Requirements for positions:
:
Successful candidates will possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude, strong work ethic, punctual and consistent attendance record and a willingness to change direction quickly.
:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of 2 to 5 years experience and training in your field.
:
Outstanding customer service, marketing and sales skills a must.
:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
:
Able to communicate effectively with management, staff, residents,
vendors/contractors and outside authorities always providing the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
:
Proven reliability, follow:through and attention to detail required.
:
Able to prioritize responsibilities, be proactive in approaching and dealing with issues.
:
Ability to work independently to meet goals and complete tasks in a timely manner with little supervision.
:
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Internet and email and ability to quickly learn company specific programs and software.
:
Pre:employment drug testing and background check required.
:
Must be able to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends as assigned.
:
Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record and own transportation required.
