The Learning & Development Specialist will develop, implement and maintain a GxP training program for NA Marketing Personnel including:
• Assist management to establish core and job function training requirements for every job function
• Establish training process for new hires
• Assign Annual GxP Training
• Ensure that personnel are qualified to perform GxP-related activities by generating and communicating training metrics, forecast and late reports for personnel and managers
• Support user and manager requests for information on the training program
• Collect and maintain job description (a.k.a., position description) and summary of experience (a.k.a., curriculum vitae, resume, statement of work) for Marketing Personnel
• Conduct the Annual Review of Training Records for Marketing personnel
• Assist process owners and document authors to identify training audience(s) and determine the need for training effectiveness evaluation for new/revised procedures
• Participate in the NASC Training Community of Practice (COP)
• Maintain training materials and records, including archiving records
• Facilitate and organize local instructor led training sessions as needed
• Process Qualified Trainer Forms and Training Assessment Forms (TAF)
• Maintains training materials and records, including archiving records
• Analyze existing CW processes and if necessary assist with the development of new processes to align with the Summit

Administer and support LMS (ComplianceWire and Summit) for the NA Marketing Organization including:
• Creates and maintains Curricula and electronic forms
• Creates and maintains quizzes
• Creates User Groups and Training item codes
• Daily tracking of new/revised Supply Chain procedures in GSS and ComplianceWire/GSS feed failures
• Weekly review of new Users in zNewUsers
• Runs reports for internal assessments and audits
• Enters training completion data as needed, including historical data
• Provides support and training on ComplianceWire
• Assists with ComplianceWire system questions or issues from customers

Perform Central Training’s responsibilities for the internal / external production user access request (UAR) process including:
• Manage the offshore resource for SAP, HPQC, and Cransoft access requests
• Verifies that End Users completed all required training for access to the requested Position and provided documented evidence (requesting records / forms as needed). Grades quizzes as needed. Approves UAR forms
• Maintains original training records and provides copies upon request
• Collects and stores original Mercury SAP Internal / External UAR forms and quiz documentation according to records retention guidelines
• Communicates regarding UARs to cross-functional Approvers / Requestors / Users
• Preforms periodic audits to ensure all users have documented training evidence for the corresponding SAP and HPQC positions

Lead the design and development of training initiatives that benefit both the Supply Chain and Marketing organizations, for example:
• Develop & deploy ABM Graphics training program for Marketing to ensure label content compliance
• Create / administer Integrated Business Planning (IBP) training for Marketing & other functions, including Supply Chain

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) years professional experience with a minimum of 2 years in training, learning and development or adult education is required.
• Prior technical knowledge with learning management systems is required – experience with ComplianceWire is preferred.
• Curriculum development experience is required.
• Training design and development experience and knowledge of adult learning strongly desired.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and facilitation skills are required.
• Requires strong communications skills, change management knowledge, documentation/writing and people skills.
• This candidate must possess the ability to work independently and efficiently with the ability to manage multiple assignments with conflicting priorities, ability to address issues quickly, be detail-oriented, and be able to manage white space in an ever-changing environment.
• This position will be based in Skillman, NJ.
