The Global Audit & Assurance (GA&A) Products and Solutions organization supports the achievement of our 2020 Strategy to be recognized as the undisputed leader of the profession by all stakeholders.
The Information and Knowledge (InK) team within the GA&A Products and Solutions organization is building out a high performing centralized team dedicated to supporting the development, deployment and management of Audit and Assurance content, and transformation of our tools and processes to support our next generation audit platform.
As a member of the global InK team, you will work on various components of audit methodologies, tools, and technologies used to support the maintenance and publishing of content for global member firms of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL).
This position is be responsible for:
- Using the InK Enterprise Content Management platform to publish policies and guidance to support our Global Audit and Assurance practice
- Planning and coordinating the maintenance for global member firm content through an offshore content publishing team
- Supporting Deloitte member firms globally in the use of content management tools.
Other responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with development of supplemental tools and templates
- Reviewing and testing related applications or products
- Preparing and delivering presentations and supporting materials for various audiences
Education: Bachelor’s degree or related field experience Years of Experience: 3-5 years enterprise content management and digital publishing experience Skills: Experience with Enterprise Content Management systems such as Documentum and SharePoint Knowledge of web technologies such as XML, HTML, XML/XSL, and JSon Strong problem solving capabilities, with an interest in innovative and creative thinking Interest in working on strategic initiatives in a collaborative environment Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervision Ability to productively manage and work within a virtual team Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel & PowerPoint), including VBA If you would like to be considered for this role in the GA&A Products and Solutions organization InK Team, please submit your interest according to the instructions included in the email message to which this job description is attached.
