The HR Business Lead is a trusted advisor to the business leaders to build the organizational and individual capabilities and ensure effective decision making particularly related to the human capital assets of the business.
What will your job look like? 13;
:You will partner with business leaders to provide consultation on HR related topics (such as: workforce planning, cost competitiveness, performance management, talent and leadership management)
:You will drive, develop and execute the overall HR Strategy to address business challenges and needs, based on deep understanding of a full business picture
:You will anticipate and plan for the effects of organization change, identify risks and develop action plans to ensure the change succeed.
:You will ensure leadership continuity and development through succession planning and talent management processes.
:You will promote an organization climate based on Amdocs Values and Code of Ethics, to deepen the implementation of these values and strengthen employees engagement.
:You will be in collaboration with Learning Services and OD, ensure a sustainable Learning Framework is established, to promote learning and knowledge development.
:You will set up governance and process to utilize budget (salary revision, bonus, recognition, promotions, and performance management).
:You will manage the work force to include head count standardization work force planning and position management to assure effectiveness.
:You will lead and develop a team of HR Professionals, providing strategic direction and focus; (Specific to the HR business lead Job): Lead global HR projects and programs. 13;

:Bachelor or Masters Degree + Specialization in HR Degree
:10+ years of experience in various HR Functions
:Working with Global Teams in a Multi:Cultural Environment preferably in the high:tech industry
:Experience of working in a Matrix Organization can be an added advantage
:Has led a team of HR Professionals
:Sound knowledge of Recruitment to Release w.r.t. HR Processes
:Knowledge about Regional / Local Labor Laws can be essential in some regions (e.g. EMEA)
:Owning end to end HR projects, programs and processes
:Specific to the HR CoE Lead Job: Project and global program management experience 13;
