ZSs Customer Centric Marketing (CCM) team is focused on using extensive customer knowledge about value, channel and offer preferences to design integrated marketing and sales promotion campaigns that deliver a personalized customer experience resulting in competitive advantage by consistently engaging customers, improving sales and marketing performance at scale. A key component of our CCM value proposition is developing, deploying, measuring and optimizing digital tactics. We have an opening at the Associate Principal level to build and lead our digital strategy capabilities within our CCM practice
Responsibilities for this position focus in two main areas: Developing ZSs digital capabilities and client development.
:Developing ZSs Digital Capabilities
:Develop, deploy and manage digital capabilities including:
:Digital promotion strategy, including strategy for individual digital tactics, integrated strategy across digital tactics, and partnering on the development of integrated strategy across digital, off:line and sales tactics
:Digital analytics, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and support the development of detailed analytics which include digital, off:line, and sales
:Digital optimization strategies for both individual digital tactics as well as integrated digital campaigns
:Digital tactical deployment processes, including partnering with digital agencies to deploy tactics and integrated campaigns, providing best practices, etc.
:Build, coach and mentor a digital team with experience in digital analytics / optimization, digital strategy, and digital deployment across all customer types (e.g. Health Care Practitioners (HCPs), consumers, etc.)
:Develop / incorporate digital content capabilities, as appropriate
:Link these digital capabilities and team to the broader CCM capabilities and team
2. Client Development
:Building the go:to:market digital strategy for ZS
:Drive sales growth in the digital area
:Lead the effort to engage our Life Science clients in the development, deployment and optimization of digital promotion strategies
:Lead project teams on digital client engagements
:Partner with other ZS capability areas to ensure the digital solution is integrated with our other service offerings used by our clients
:Drive ZS digital thought leadership via whitepapers, industry conference presentations, blog posts, and other channels
:10+ years of prior relevant work experience, preferably in professional services/consulting
:Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant tools
:Experience with managing a digital group
:Experience in Life Sciences is preferred
