Job Description:/h3:
The areas largest Honda dealership is in search of Business Development Center (BDC) candidates. Our successful BDC utilizes innovative phone and internet strategies to drive customers into our store. A background in customer service or telemarketing is desired. This is a full:time position and there is NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED Earn 45k to 80k per year salary and bonus.
We provide our representatives with superior training in order to provide our customers with an exceptional purchase experience.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
:Follow up with prospective customers in response to their email inquiries.
:Receive all inbound sales calls.
:Set appointments with customers.
:Maintain a customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
:Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
:Willingness to work in a team environment and follow direction.
:Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
:Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
:Follow all company policies and procedures.
:Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers, co:workers and vendors.
