As the Division Resource Manager you will play a key role in managing the cross:division resource plans as well as supporting the management of the BC and S travel budget and approval processes.
What will your job look like? 13;
In this role you will provide regular reports to BC and S Management to ensure divisional objectives and KPIs are met. In addition to overseeing these key operational aspects, BC and S Management will also look to you to provide ongoing recommendations for improvements and best practice development to achieve optimal resource utilization across the Division. This role will require you to develop close working relationships with Finance, HR, Recruitment, CBEs, and the resource management focal points in each account.
:HC Planning and Control
:HC forecast and control, including updates following open OLFs, understanding cross division HC needs vs projections
:Work with account resource management focal points to ramp up HC plans for new site/projects, including NAM and other units resources
:Reports/Dashboards : responsible to create and issue of all regular HC reports including validating data accuracy
:Review Reports/Dashboards with Division Management every two weeks (DP, Finance, HR)
:Support accounts in developing bottom up HC efficiency plans
:Travel Approval and Budget Support
:Streamline travel approval processes
:Support Finance in managing and tracking the NAM travel budget 13;

:Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics
:Minimum of 8 years experience in project management / finance / planning and control management
:Managerial experience 13;
