Job Summary 13;
The Compensation Administrator will assist in the implementation and administration of compensation programs. Provide support to the compensation team members including analysis, design, communication and training tool development, and system/process enhancements as required. Through partnership/collaboration with team members on various projects, the Compensation Administrator will develop/expand their knowledge/skill level of compensation practices/policies/procedures and assist in developing compensation recommendations to meet the business need.

* Provides high:level data analysis and development of preliminary recommendations in support of project team/client requests
* Maintenance and expansion of the compensation market pricing tools including survey submissions/results, market matching, population uploads, and reporting statistics in support of market positioning
* ERP system administration which may include job notifications, creation/distribution,review/approval of compensation submissions, outreach to various manager to gather supporting information as needed; development/maintenance of job description repository
* Development, distribution, and analysis of bi:weekly/quarterly/bi:annual/annual compensation reporting including development of process documentation and identification of enhancement opportunities
* Maintenance and tracking of various compensation processes and metrics: Compensation Master Log, compensation metrics, etc.

Required Education: Bachelors Degree
Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience.

Preferred Education, Experience and Cert/Lic 13;
Preferred Experience:
:Prior work experience preferably in Human Resources or Finance.
:Prior experience working with HRIS systems 13;
Additional Technical Requirements 13;
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel to include pivot tables, v:lookup and advanced formulas
* Excellent written and oral communication skills that demonstrate a proven ability to develop relationships with a range of internal and external customers
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to analyze complex problems and devise viable solutions
* Excellent mathematical skills and ability to devise formulas which facilitate analysis of data
* Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals
