As a Registration Business Analyst you will perform key Registration functions which require strong analytical skills, great attention to detail and the ability to meet regulatory deadlines. You will serve as a direct point of contact for customers ensuring that good customer relations are maintained, and more complex customer inquiries/concerns are resolved fairly and effectively. You will also enable less experienced team members to perform assignments.
:Leads the annual LFN E and O and FINRA Renewal processes for over 2,500 Advisors.
:Approves preliminary applications for all individuals requesting affiliation with LFN.
:Performs quarterly testing of our Written Supervisory Procedures.
:Files all LFN FINRA Form U4 and U5 disclosures within the strict deadlines.
:Provides training to the Registration team.
:Creates and maintains all Registration procedures.
:Provides expertise during audits, system upgrades/changes and other projects.
:Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
:Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards.
:Works overtime as needed.
:Works independently delivering on routine but progressively more non:routine work, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately.
:Makes routine and progressively more non:routine decisions independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
:Shares a diverse range of knowledge and information and/or enables less experienced team members to perform his/her assignments.
:Performs a diverse range of tasks/transactions related to common programs and services by directly applying expanded knowledge obtained from the role in increasingly more complex situations.
:Responds to and resolves more complex customer inquiries independently meeting departmental quality and production standards.
:Acts as the first point of contact for escalated issues coming in to his/her work group to provide resolution. Escalates issue to his/her manager when needed.
:Provides accurate, timely and more complex information meeting the customers needs through problem resolution.
:Performs more complex research to respond to customer inquiries.
:Documents customer interactions in appropriate system(s).
:Provides responses and a diverse range of client service information to team members less routine questions without supervision.
:Provides customer service to internal and/or external stakeholders, recognizes what needs to be done to meet customer needs and demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness to meet customer needs independently.
:Recognizes increasingly complex issues/concerns for assigned area(s) of responsibility, explains effect on the customers service experience, and suggests process improvements.
:Maintains customer confidentiality while complying with privacy regulations.
:High School diploma or GED or minimum Associates Degree in lieu of required experience.
