:Stratus Technology Services is looking to add to our team Currently we are seeking career:oriented professionals for opportunities as Account Managers. While candidates will receive training they must also be self:starters who have the desire to sell, recruit and deliver technology solutions.
:Our Account Managers work with our clients and a team of Stratus Technology Staffing Service Associates to identify, screen, interview, present and hire qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions.

Job Duties Include: The Account Manager is responsible for all steps associated with our sales process as well as direct management and leadership of a delivery team.
:Responsible for increasing sales and our market share in an assigned region. This region could consist of a combination of new accounts as well as established accounts.
:Prospecting customers is required in both in:person meetings and client calls. The purpose of these calls is to establish client needs, hiring cycles and to build a client relationship.
:Prepare sales collateral and effective proposals for customers.
:Work in a team environment, providing feedback and coaching to dedicated internal sales support team.
Desired Skills and Experience:
:Experience with Technology staffing or familiar with technological terms is preferred but not required
:Must have a desire to be in sales.
:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related field preferred
:1:5 years of successful outside / inside sales experience
:Experience in service:oriented sales is preferred
:Excellent written and oral communication skills
:Familiar with any CRM tool as well as LinkedIn to create a client landscape.
:A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of professionalism and character are musts
:A desired to learn and teach is needed
