Job Description:/h3:
Active Real Estate office is seeking candidates for a part:time
Secretary/Processor. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with learning web:based applications. A minimum of 1:year of experience in a
professional/office setting is preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phones, filing, drafting and sending email correspondence
Draft opening letters and other correspondence for real estate transactions
Composing advertising content, and assisting with billing and other tasks.
Capture customer information for all incoming buyer/seller leads and route to the correct agent
Enter showing instructions in Showing Desk
Proactively keep all deal folders in order and properly filed
Enter/update listings in Century 21 systems
Assist with turn on/turn off of utilities.
Our administrative employees support the Broker/Owners and Sales Associates in meeting and exceeding their goals, and also interact with our customers and clients on a daily basis.
Position is part time, Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Compensation is hourly, and commensurate with experience.
