A manufacturing/distribution company headquartered in Newark, NJ has an open position for a Digital Support Specialist whose primary responsibility will be to provide administrative sales support to our sales representatives located across the United States.

The individual selected for this exciting opportunity will:

Generate capital equipment sales proposals/contracts and facilitate post-sale activities such as order placement, change orders, logistics coordination, billing, and payment collection according to equipment payment terms.
Enter and fully process customer supply orders.
Generate purchase orders to vendors and reconcile corresponding vendor invoices/statements.
Create and review pricing analyses on each transaction to ensure appropriate product margins.
Create and generate reporting/tracking of sales funnels, management reports, and commission reports.
Handle additional tasks or work on special project assignments per the request of upper management.
Have a “can do” attitude and will constantly focus on ways to implement and advance new processes that better streamline day-to-day operational activities.
Be capable of demonstrating superb customer service skills.
Basic Qualifications for Position:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Microsoft Office Suite (Expert level on Excel & PowerPoint required)
Google G-Suite or other similar cloud-based system
CRM experience preferred
