National Real Estate Company seeks an Administrative Assistant/ Executive Assistant for the Director of Sales & Rentals.

The job duties are, but not limited to:

Prepare department reports - sales showing schedules, contracts out reports
Prepare monthly income report
Interact with Tenants, Purchasers, brokers, attorneys and lenders
Prepare sales contracts and riders
Prepare sales information packets for new conversions
Prepare sales and promotional material, including flyers
Schedule meetings
Prepare materials in advance of meetings
Distribute information and follow up after meetings
Take minutes at department meetings
Coordinate showing staff
Place advertising
Research maintenance and rents on vacant apartments
Assist Director in preparation of offering plans for conversions, ie-Schedules A
Draft correspondence
Update website
Prepare and submit petty cash
Keep department records and files current
Process all invoices
Process all incoming and outgoing correspondence
Process payment to Supers
Maintain record of amendments and financials for all unsold shares
Maintain staff attendance record
Help to keep prospecta up-to-date
Maintain proper record of all approved work scopes
Assist Director in all aspects of department operation

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
