Looking for a bright, creative and fit person with a great personality and a strong work ethic to assist office manager with bookkeeping, marketing and recruiting.
General office duties include scanning, emailing, scheduling appointments, screening inbound calls, making calls, follow-up and other tasks as assigned.

• Must be proficient in MS Office and internet research
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual a plus
• Some College or Bachelors degree preferred
