Busy Photography studio seeking a part time (20 hours/week) Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain presence on social media to expand outreach
Develop marketing collateral and marketing programs to grow business
Research local arts festivals, gallery openings to exhibit work
Follow up on job leads
Invoice clients and follow up on timely payment
Maintain inventory of photographs
Develop and maintain customers’ and clients’ contact information and keep them informed of upcoming events
Upload new photographs on website
Field telephone calls. Filing and data entry.
Maintain photographer’s calendar
Working with vendors/suppliers to purchase materials/office supplies
Help with event planning and assist photographer at events
Creating and updating presentations
Coordinating the submission of proposals and planning meetings
Field customer services calls

Qualifications
Knowledge of all social media
Working knowledge of WORD, Excel, Twitter, FaceBook, FreshBooks
Interest in photography
Super organized
Neat
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Flexible
