Administrative Support : Home Retention Department
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Processing funds
* Processing Court orders
* Correspondence with courts, clients, borrowers or their authorized party.
* Maintaining Department notes for distribution within the Group and Firm
* Mailing Letters and packages to clients and borrowers.
* Fielding calls
Skills/Qualifications:
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
* Ability to multi:task
* Attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills
* Dependability
* Strong communication skills
* Teamwork
* Productivity and thoroughness
* Thursday and Fridays a must
Administrative Support candidate must submit resume
Candidate must have high school or equivalent degree
All Administrative Support applicants requests will be reviewed and a formal interview will be required with Human Resources and Department Manager.
