Job Description:/h3:
Responsibilities Include:
Review, consolidate and streamline current account operations procedures
Work with internal team to deliver ongoing advisor support and maintenance
Onboarding clients (account opening, initial paperwork, and document/records preservation)
Setting up and maintaining advisor/client portals
Communicating with custodians
Executing transfers, wires, and cash management requests
Supporting investment team in trading administration
Preparing client billing, collecting client fees accurately and timely
Continually maintain an above and beyond service aptitude.
Consistently maintain professional call management etiquette.
Assist with special projects as needed

Qualified applicants shall have the following:
2:4 years of experience
Series 65 preferred or able to obtain within 6 months
Bachelors degree. Major in Accounting, Finance, or Marketing preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Strong project management skills
Must be detail oriented, self:motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
