Key Responsibilities and Essential FunctionsEnsures the compliance of all federal, state and investor requirements per HomeBridge Policies and Procedures including but not limited to:Review of file documentation for missing critical documentsReview of initial loan estimate from broker for completeness, accuracy, and TRID complianceReview of submitted documentation and corrects inaccuracies with regard to documentation labels in imaging systemEnsures all data entered in the Loan Origination System (LOS) is consistent with documentation contained in the imaging systemCorrectly identifies and discloses valid change of circumstances for lender prepared loan estimateCreate and send lender initial disclosures to the borrower within compliant time framePerforms other duties as assigned by managementCommunicationProactively communicates with business partners, internal operations staff and sales staff on statusResponds professionally and accurately within established time frame to customer or sales municates proactively when service level agreement (SLA) cannot be metCoordinates with broker for missing and/or incorrect itemsTime ManagementIndependently manages daily pipeline by accurately selecting current loan status in imaging system and by reviewing file once trailing documents have been received from broker to move file forwardUnderstands and adheres to strict turn times and SLAsCross:train and understand Initial Loan Set:Up and Loan Set:Up and Disclosure to provide back:up as neededWork Experience and Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to exhibit professional written and verbal communication at all timesAbility to organize, prioritize workload, meet strict deadlines and handle detailed assignmentsExcellent analytical skills and ability to pay attention to detailExcellent level of interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to rapidly acquire detailed knowledge of departmental policies, practices and proceduresAbility to work well with others in a fast paced environment, while maintaining the highest level of customer service, professional composure and integrityWorking knowledge of TRID and related compliance regulations and ability to detect and rectify deficiencies and/or non:complianceWorking knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA and/or USDA guidelinesAbility to work overtime as required by the department manager based on the work requirements.Reports to work on a daily and timely basisMinimum QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent trainingTwo to three yearsA? experience in related roleWorking knowledge of Conventional or FHA mortgage guidelines a plusNote: Management reserves the right to change or reassign job duties or combine positions at any time.
